i went to the clinic today and did another p test and it was neg. could i be pregnant?

i havent had my period yet iam 5 days late if i am wouldnt have already showed up by now?? what should i do me and my hubby are trying to get pregnant but still no luck yet our first is 14 months old
 
Speak to a doctor about your ttc problems. they can help and suggest things for you. I went to my doctor after being one week late and he told me I wasnt pregnant. Now, I am 4 weeks late... Wth... lol...

MAYBE YOU JUST OVULATED ODDLY THIS MONTH AND DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH HORMONE LEVEL WHEN YOU TOOK THE TEST. I GOT 3 POSITIVES WITH HTP AND WENT TO CLINIC AND GOT A NEGATIVE. TESTED AGAIN AT HOME AND GOT A 4TH POSITIVE. WENT BACK TO CLINIC 1 WEEK LATER AND SHOWED POSITIVE THAT TIME. JUST DEPENDS ON WHEN YOU TOOK THE TEST AND HOW MUCH HORMONE YOU HAD AND DID YOU GO FIRST THING IN THE MORNING OR DID YOU DRINK ALOT BEFORE YOU TESTED SO YOU COULD PEE? GOOD LUCK
 
um yeah 5 days is very late if your ttc...anyway the hormone that detects pg may not be high enough to make a (+) urine test... try waiting 3 more days and keep track of your morning temps. if there high theres a good chance you are indeed pg. If temps are high and still no period but a (-) hpt i'd make an app for a blood test
