and the judge gave? i went to family court and everything was arranged through our agreement. child support and the judge gave him supervised visitatations. I wasnt on any aid but since he didnt make any payments upon agreement i had to get aid. he has superivsed visitations but every time that he is supposed to see her something comes up and now he wants to go back to court to get unsupervised visitations. what can i do please someone helpful not rude people or dumb remarks

why did he have supervised visits in the first place? there has to be a reason. I would go back to court and say "judge, he has missed all his visits. I haven't seem him around (your kids name)
how am i suppose to just let him be unsupervised when he can't even come to the supervised visits?" Because chances are if he has no time for your kid how is he going to be with your son/daughter alone? for all we know he could leave her/him with some girl while he goes to clubs or out with friends.
