i am going on holiday in 3 weeks and am trying to lose drastic amounts of weight as i want to enjoy the beach.
i am currently 210lbs i eat around 1000-1200 calories a day with around 15g of fat.
i am running 3 miles a night how much will i lose per week?
i know this is not healthy but it is only for 3 weeks.
