disorder help my court judgment? I was just recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but a few months ago during a manic episode broke out someones windshield, could my diagnoses affect the punishment or the judge's ruling at all?

and just do you know, im not trying to use it as an excuse, i know its my own fault i did it, i just wanted to know if and how it might affect my ruling.
