I was wondering if there is any precedents for this (involves entering the military)?

The problem is that I went up to join the Navy, however when I did the physical Sugar was found in my Urine which could mean diabetes. The doctor said I should get this checked and if it was false to send the information up so that my disqualification could be taken back. However when I sent up the info stating I did not have Diabetes, the navy (after two and a half weeks of non-response) asked for all my medical records. Of course I sent these up and then another two and a half weeks went by and they again asked me for another test, which I've done. Now that's five weeks where the navy has postponed my entrance and where they've asked my to pay my money for tests that have the same results over and over again. I'm wondering if there is precedence for me to take them to court to sue for entrance?
