I was wondering if anyone has bought rough country's 4.5 jeep cherokee lift kit?

Does it come with everything... or do i need to by anything extra such as new brake lines?? I am also wondering why it is so cheap, i plan to install it myself, also instead of getting that should i go with the clayton offroading 4.5" lift kit that is far more expansive??
