I was wondering about cuscus camping backpacks and how well they perform?

I am considering a new pack for camping/hiking trips up to 10miles trips with enough stuff for up to 5 days. I've been looking around and was wondering about Cuscus backpacks I haven't been able to find much about them but they seem to be everywhere. any help?
