weird campaign tactic... ? They said that people are less likely to go out and vote if the campaign turns negative. They also suggested that McCain does not want people out on November 4.

Any opinions on this?
I have no opinion on this part, I just want to hear other people's opinions.
 
The more people that go out to vote the less likely McCain will even place or show.
