I was wandering if you could help me figure out if this girl likes me. ?

Well I really like this girl and I can make her laugh all the time. I'm 13 and so is she but when we meet (mainly at parties) she always tells me of guys that ask her to dance and how she rejects them but she looks at my direction afterwards. One time when we met at a buffet I got there and after awhile she started sitting closer to me and laughing at everything I said and she acted really cute. Uh we also like to sing together like anything and well she recently tried to sit next to me at my aunts anniversary to. She seems like she'd follow me anywhere really and wen we went to a Mexican restaurant her little sister wanted a balloon but it was up on the ceiling and she said if I didn't get it she would bc she is kinda tall but she on heels and that made me kinda horny at the thought but I ended up getting it and afterwards she kept trying to sit next to me again bc we somehow always end up sitting across from each other.Well basically she acts really cute, always listens to what I have to say, and laughs at anything
