Hi, I'm sorta new to the "excercise thing" although when I was 12-14 i was on a pain in the rump exercise routine >.> which now im 18!but anywho i got some ankle weights about 5lbs or so that i've been jogging with for about a month an a half now and i was wandering could or rather would it be safe to and more weight. maybe get some ankle weights for my wrists? and/or forearms? and eventually work my way up to a weighted vest? not like wake up in the morning throw in on an go jogging pfft yea right >.< i read -on google
- that jogging carrying weights in your hands puts extra stress on your well hands! but would working my way up in weight "note this is just jogging daily for exercise! no other work out!!!!" would the pros out way the cons or vice versa? opinions welcome come bid now!!!
