I have had to double up on my blood pressure pills. Anyway, I had been calling realtors and asking them would they take 4% instead of 6% to sell my home? They usually say.."can we talk about this later?" I said.."No, we can't due to i need to know now or i am moving on." in a firm way.
Finally the guy says NO.......I say Ok and move on. The next guy did pretty much the same. If you do not pin them down on the price, they will take you for a ride. (I have owned houses before).
Now the way I think, the economy is bad I would think he would take the 4% and run with it.
But no...I will keep trying to get what i want. This is my life I am selling. My only house.
Any honest, not rude opinions???
