...breeding and raising), is this true? American Pit Bull Terrier
American Staffordshire Terrier
Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Golden Retriever
Great Pyranese
Newfoundland
Rottweiler
Standard Poodle
Labrador Retreiver
Is this true? If any of these aren't. Can you tell me if any of these are and aren't and explain why?
I know any dog can be a good dog with good breeding/genetics and training, but I know some make better family dogs than others.
I love a good mutt but this is a question on purebreds
This was just a list I was given. Now on that list I personally think the Staffordshire Bull Terrier makes the best family dog (from that list mind you) my half brother had one growing up and he was the most tolerant and patient and well trained dog I've ever met.
Personally what I feel is the best family dog isn't even on the list.
I guess its a matter of opinion and experience. I guess there is no best breed for a family.
