...the same time? An adjuster is handling my car, and has offered to pay it off in full, plus reimbursing my down payment (because i bought it only 2 months ago). There's a second adjuster handling my medical part, she wants me to do a verbal phone deposition, but my foot and neck still hurt (i was checked out after the wreck of course) and i want to wait to see if i will need the medical or not. What should i do next, or should i let things develop more? By the way, i'm in a no-fault state (Fl)
