I was terminated from a job earlier this year...will it show up on a background

check/employment history? I am interviewing with a Fortune 500 company. I did pizza delivery for about a month back in May and I was terminated due to an altercation with a co-worker.

If they run a background check will that show up? Now I know they give you a form to list your previous employment, would it show up on there? Could I just leave the job off the form?
