my rights in this situation? I was told that HR would contact me which they never did until I contacted them. I want to know what my rights are in the state of California in a situation such as this. It was said I was sleeping on the job. which I am disputing because it is false. It is now going on a week with no information, and I have been informed that no further information can be given
