its involving my friends estate who died in a car wreck he crashed into another car killing someone and himself on head on collision (he was trying to pass a car and it was ruled a accident). I was out that night with them but i went home and my three friends continued their night. i wasn't there the accident happened so why do i need to give a deposition? do i have to do it?
i was subpoena to give a deposition at a lawyers office in state of texas do i have to show up?
