I got an expensive ticket a couple of months ago. I saw the judge and told him that I was a college student and I can't pay money cause I was unemployed and and I had no money at all. I even rode my bicycle to the court cause I couldn't afford gas. I had no friends and my parents all died a few years ago. But judge kept telling me to pay it so I asked him if I can do time in jail for it and he sentenced me 4 days in jail. I was booked, fingerprinted and issued an orange jumpsuit. I was released in two days.
I want to know, if my record can appear in my background check.
I DID NOT get a warrant. I saw the judge on time and it was still an infraction. And I did NOT get arrested. I was just booked and became an inmate. Can they still see my record if I go through background check?
I'm worried about that I was finger printed.
