I was robbed of my IPhone and now AT&T wants to exploit me by charging huge fees....

...Suggestions? I had the phone for only two months. I can't afford to pay the "full price" for a new IPhone, and AT&T and Apple won't discount a phone or let me out of my contract. I've got no phone, can't afford to pay $499 for a new one (or more) and the service contract is useless. Has anyone heard of Apple or AT&T being decent to victims of crime? Any ideas?
 
Buy a go phone from best buy. and take it to an AT&T store. They will give you a new sim card and you just use the go phone but its used on your plan.
