...to medical care? I sought and obtained chiropractic care as a result of the accident. The insurance company of the party who hit me is paying my chiropractic bill. However, I was told by my chiropractor that I, myself, am entitled to the same amount of money as "pain and suffering." Is this true? If so, what do I need to ask the insurance company to do?
