I have a mortgage, credit card bill, car payment etc. Are there any financial advisers, or others with this unfortunate experience reading this sight that can give me some advice as to what to do first; other than update my resume and start networking. That part is taken care of already. But I am looking for some advice on things like, are there government programs to help people out with the payments that I listed above? I am not sure if there was anything created with the stimulus bill that was passed that may be able to help me out a little bit until I get another job. Also, with unemployment...is there a specific protocol to follow or things to get in order first? Any suggestions on any of this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
