...but can i deny them now? I do not want to go to his base. I love my base and we are short manned. Can I deny them? I don't PCS until January.
 
This question should be taken to your local (base) personnel office so someone with some sort of reliable info can answer it. Why do so many people ask this type of question here where millions of people who know nothing can throw their ideas around and confuse the matter?
