I have applied for more than 30 jobs with this company. All I receive from them are form rejection letters. I signed a severance agreement. I called the HR department and they say I am eligible for rehire. What are your thoughts? I am thinking of reporting them to EEOC as I am over the age of 40, female and I had a disability when they laid me off. This is a Fortune 500 company.
I already talked with EEOC by phone. They think I have a valid complaint. I do have proof. Lots of proof and I am being interviewed by EEOC on Dec. 27th.
