i was just wandering is xlibris a scam?

so ive recently finished a book and have made a 3 month plan with xlibris for basic package, and another one with a 3 month plan for marketing reach. i was wandering if they were official or if they are just scam as seen mixed reviews about them. my book is also on lulu which now seems the better of the 2
 
This may interest you. Most of the authors I follow from podiobooks.com have used Lulu or create space if they self published
You might want to try the forums for the Dead Robots' Society because I think there are authors there who have self published since it has been a topic in several shows
