I was involved in an accident where I reversed into a parked car, is passenger involved?

Would the insurance company need to talk to my passenger if I am accepting full responsibilty and we are not disputing the blame?
I am in the UK and do have full insurance and there is no argument as to whose fault it was. Thank you =)
I already told them there was someone else in the car with me, do you think they'll need to talk to them?
Any knowledge would be much appreciated as my friend is freaking out

I doubt whether you need to tell them that you had a passenger

they will want to know the names of any potential witnesses. If it is clear who was at fault they will likely not interview the passenger. Most insurance companies will also instruct you not to admit any fault in an accident.
