had to make a decision wh? i was in the us army for three yrs. i got out because of problems with my wife and i had to make a decision whether to choose my family or the military. so i chose my family. so after seeing an doc. they decided to discharge me for a personality disorder..( RE 3 JFX)..i disagree with the diagnosis. i believe it was just a hard ship. im about to move to Windsor Ontario, its been 6yrs ive been really interested in the Canadian Forces. I know i have to get permanent residents status. But any idea if my past military will have any effect on this process?
