us over? my friend was driving my car i was seting front passger side seat police pull us over and they found open beer bottal , i told the police that this bottal blong to my friend not me but they give me $355 ticket because im the owner of the car , how can i fight this in court , no one has drink the beer yet the beer bottal was full but open , can any one help me how can i fight this ticket
