to hear your opinion.? i was driving in boston in the left lane . i had a green light
there was two lanes and this guy coming from a parking lot was trying to get to the other side of the median to make a right turn.
however either he thought he could make it by cutting me off or did not see me coming
by the time i saw him peeking out of the car in the right lane i was only 10 to 15 ft away.
i hit my breaks however my car did not stop fast enough due to downward incline causing a T bone
my car is low so my front bumper went under his frame and his frame pushed in my right side lights and my hood. he only had a little bump under the drivers side door.
i am going NORTH with a green light
and a guy comes EAST from a parkinglot
a police man did come but i do not know if he filled out a report. he told me to go to the police station and fill it out. he did not declare who was at fault because there werent any witnesses except my passanger. however he did ask the man if he was in any prior accidents and he said yes,
