expired.? I feel that his fault. Because he has to control of his car at all times. However, my insurance expired. I feel that regardless that I didn't have insurance or not. He needs to take care of my car. What do you think?
 
Well normally your insurance would have handled that for you. But now you're going to have to pay for a lawyer. If he is found to be at fault then he is responsible for repairing your car. But getting him or his insurance company to actually pay for it is another story. You're going to have a difficult time without an insurance company or a lawyer to represent you.
