I live in AZ going to uni where everyone is on bikes. While across the street from the campus there was a stopped car pulling out of a parking lot, I thought he saw me but he did not. I got hit, not too bad just couldn't go to school the next day and bruises. I received the ticket because I was on the wrong side the street, but still on the side walk. I did not know you had to be on the right side of the rode on the side walk! There are bikes and people walking everywhere. Is there anyway to get out of this? I can not pay
