It was a week ago a car pulled in front of me in an intercetion and i ran into him, totaled my bike little dent to their car. I was going to let it go, honestly because i was happy to be alive after that. I got a call from their insurance company with a settlement of 1000 to sign a release to not bother them or sue them. I get a call back an hour later from them saying they can get me 2000 to sign the release..My medical is going to be about 3k, my family said to push it to get more.I am in the What ever mode and just happy im around still..What do you guys think i should do??? I feel something is going on because they are pushing me to sign this release..Think i should fight for more to cover my bills, or just take the 2k and move on?
I was hit by a car and dont know what to do?
