noise, then finally start? I took it to a mechanic who said it was just the battery, that the alternator and starter were fine. I got a brand new battery and put it in and it started fine for one whole day. Today, I drove to the store and when I came out, it wouldn't start. After about 10 tries, it finally started. But, once I got home, it won't start at all. The grinding noise is gone, now it's just clicking. I tried to jump start it with my friend's car but no luck. The cables are fine (not corroded). What's up? I live in the middle of nowhere and need my car to get to work! HELP!
