...decree reads: ? "Decree is granted for principal amount with periodically prevalent interest as prayed for till realisation of the feverish amount." the bank lawyer is misinterpreting the decree by saying that interest was not granted as mentioned in the deposits and that it was given from the date of decree Upto the date of dismissal of bank's appeal. PLZ explain as the deposit was kept in 1989 decree was granted in 1995 appeal was dismissed in 1998 partial payment of principal amount was paid in 1998 balance remained unpaid till now i.e. 2010. PLZ advise way the decree means?
