just leave before being seen ? Or do I report it.? I sure do not want to go in water even if they leave knowing what could be in it.

And that is why I never use the hot tubs in a motel. You could report it, but I'm not sure they would do anything other than add a boost of chemicals to it. Haven't you ever seen one of the hot tubs that seems to have soap suds in it and wondered why.
