I was eating a meat pie and someone "judged" me. Why?

I was having a meat pie for breakfast and one of my friends mentioned that "that's disgusting".

Another friend of hers came along and I asked her, "I'm having a meat pie for breakfast. Is that really so disgusting?"

And she said "I might have judged."

Why. Is this because I'm fat or something? wth man.
