...background check for a series 7? I was convicted of a misdeamenor DWI in Texas 5 years ago. Will I pass a background check for a series 7? I have a sponsor in NYC that is flying me out to work for him and he wants me to take the series 7 and 63. Would I have any problem passing the background check for both of these if I mention it in my application? I might have 1 PI and 1 paraphernalia charge from 9 years ago also. Pretty hazy times so I need to run my own background check and see if it comes up. Nothing else on my record besides this though.
