...i get my money back? there are no numbers to call on the website and i am really worried can anyone help_
we used them for one hour then returned them and we´ve been charged the full amount as if they were taken and not returned

I take it this was on a credit card. The card company MAY be able to help, though I suspect not as it's a dispute between your and whoever hired them to you. You can but try.
