i was biking with some friends and i scrapd my toe on the cement..?

well yesterday i scraped my toe biking. it was bleeding like crazy. i washed it, put some neosporin n it and got a bandaid.

well its morning now, and i dont know how to care for it :/

do i just put another bandaid on it or what?
