I went to Wal-Mart at 8, and they had 10 PS3's IN THE CASE, that I could SEE, and there was one guy in line.

I was tempted to stay but I didn't.

They also had Zelda, so I had a lady get it out of the case, she walked it up front with me, and when the guy rang it up it kept beeping. It said it couldn't be sold until 11/18/06 at 12:01AM....wtf, the bitch in electronics needed to tell me this.

Anyway, the guy told me he would buy it as an employee, and I just got a call from him that I can pick it up at 10 when he gets off Work, so atleast I will Zelda for my Wii come Sunday morning.

I don't NEED $2000, plus knowing me, I would get it home, play a game, and like it too much to sell.

I called a buddy who is still there and he said there are only 3 people, including him, and they already have their tickets for 60 GB versions. My walmart got 5 60 GB and 5 20GB, I live about 5 minutes from my Wal-Mart, but I'm not going back.

i'm jealous of where you live. here in austin people are going fucking nuts for the ps3. every place that is getting them already had people in line accounting for every system before noon today. still got my guaranteed preorder at gamestop tomorrow though

It is tempting though, but I really don't want to spend my money on a PS3 right now, and then have to go withdraw MORE for a Wii, I will just get a Wii and not get a PS3 at all.

I think in about 3 hours, Ebay will be FULL OF PS3's and they will not go for very much because of that.

so you're willing to forgo what will likely be $1k+ profit for a wii that will be readily available throughout the holiday season? i don't want to tell you how to live your life but that's a really bad decision

oddly enough I went to the most redneck of walmarts in TN, and sure enough, they've had campers for 2 days.

Keep in mind this is campbell county, TN where per-capita-income is $12k/year. Population 15,000

About 10 other wal-marts in equally redneck-counties had campers as well

You''l Still Find Them At Wal-marts In Small Towns......If U Live Near Oklahoma , I Would Advise Checking Some Of Them Out.....I Hear Some Still Have Plenty.
