i was at a stop waiting to turn and ws rear ended i suffered minor injuries sprained finger whiplash and upper back injury so my question is should i get a lawyer or not i have had one to contact me from dechter and dechter (anyone heard of them) he want me to see his doctor what should i do and also i just had scratches on my bumper and my tail pipe
