...limitations on going to court? I only did what my boss asked and being naive, I signed a check for him. Later he came back and said he never authorized me to sign it. I made bail but never went to court. Now a criminal background check on me for a job I applied to came back with that arrest. Should it still be on my record? BTW, this is in Texas.
