I signed up for a gym member ship in June 2010 when I was a minor and I turned 18 at the end of July the next month.
My question is: since I was a minor at the time the contract was initiated, is the contract still valid?
Also in my contract it stated that the buyer of the contract must be over 18 which I was not; according to this, was the contract ever valid? Do I have the legal right to terminate my contract?
I never lied about my age, they didn't even ask.
