I wanted to send a video recorded on my phone via bluetooth to other devices?

I was recording a video on a regular cell phone and i wanted to upload the video to youtube but my phone wont allow me to since its not a smart phone and has no option. Though i can send it to other devices via bluetooth. Can i send this video to any device using bluetooth? becuase i have tried and it sais no bluetooth devices available.
