So, I wanted to flash my bios on my p55m GD41 motherboard from v1.4 to v1.8 so I used Live Update 4. It told me to close all running programs so I did, except it said there a program running called "start" and whenever I tried to close it, windows would ask if I wanted to Shut down, obviously I ignored it and carried on. I restart my computer and it comes to a screen saying press f1 or f2. Im not exactly sure, but then after I press one of the two it asks me to either start windows vista, or use Windows memory diagnostic or something. I did each once, and after it would start up and my computer would run fine, but I dont want to have to do this each time I want to turn on my computer, Help?
