I want to design a tshirt using a picture of audrey hepburn as the icon of the design. The image would be converted to look like a stencil or just high threshold and I would add a tattoo her and it would have something by her mouth. There will also be text and other stuff around her. Is this aloud? or is there something about copyright I need to take into mind.
