Ok, I am not very sure what time era/period or what country, but I was just at the Museum of Fine Arts and it showed a picture of Queen Margarita (sp?) pregnant with her hand on, not a child, but a dwarf used for entertainment. I heard this on one of those audio things you carry around and press the number and someone tells you about who painted and and what it was about. Ideas? Where and when? Who did Margarita marry?
