I want to work for FBI and CIA, what martial art could benefit the most?

For the FBI you would likely be at a desk: accounting and programming are the valued skills.
Try the Secret Service.
For most of the choices you have, a good record in Mil Security or a degree in Criminal Justice would be a big plus.
The Marines do not teach their troops Hand to Hand marital arts, generally they have moved a bit beyond that, and any individual Marine has to pick it up on his own.
So the value of the martial arts has been lowered. That said, any martial art taken to a Black Belt level would help you personally in many ways, as well as occasionally taking down a bad guy. On of the ways it helps is in terms of respect. Just because the person in front of you is a little old lady does not mean she can not take you, even if you are a one dan BB. It is unlikely, yes, but not impossible to meet someone who has an invisible talent.
This is more important that the confidence and the body building that a decent martial art would install.
