I want to "want" to go to the gym. I know it's all a state of mind, but how can i change my thinking so that I wake up at 5.45am and be like "you know what, I want to go to the gym". I 'want' to go on the treadclimber, i 'want' to do weights.
Anyone have any tips of how to overcome not feeling the urge to go to the gym?
1. I go to school
2. No matter what time of the day it is, i never "want" to go to the gym. I changed it to 6am cause i can go before school and I really hate exercising in the arvo and i normally work in the arvo.
