Ok, here is some info about me:
I am fourteen years old, I LOVE art, I have always had interest in it, and I especially love painting.
Just about 2 months ago, I wanted to make something special for my best friend's birthday, and I was inspired to design and paint a bag or her. This was a messenger bag, and I painted it with acrylics.
Then, another one of my close friend's birthday came up, and I painted a tote bag for her, with a bass clarinet playing music, and the musical notes kind of flying around. (She is very committed to band, and i wanted the present to be special)
This was painted with fabric paints on a tote bag, because i decided that would obviously be better for the material. I had already planned to paint a few other tote bags for my closest friends at school, and I honestly hadn't been thinking of even making any sort of profit from this.
However, my teacher and friends have encouraged me to sell these painted bags, and I have even gotten an offer from another girl that she would be willing to buy one of these bags!
I love to do this, and I am very interested in painting these bags for charity.
I would really like to donate to help the sick, and people in need of care.
I am extremely grateful for the things that I have right now, and would be extremely glad to know that I gave up some hours of my time to raise money for those who really need it.
I was hoping for tips and advice for things to get me started (as I'm only 14)
Paperwork? Good places to begin?
