i want to take over or buy some body contract i dont need the go service, i need it were i can get the data plan with it.

Why don't you just contact the carrier and get a new contract?

Whenever you take someone's over, you still are required to pass a credit check and all of that.

In some cases, you must even pay a transfer fee.

Why must you take over someones contract?
 
ok i spoke to management at att they told me i only have to pay a transfer fee, i want to take over some contract i have a clean credit and they still want 150 deposit
 
just do an internet search for "cell phone swap" there are numerous website and most of them that I saw so a pic of the phone, the carrier info and the lenght of the contract left. Just be careful from what I heard so carriers don't allow the contract to be switch to someone else.
