Before I start let me fill you in a bit on what happened in middle school. I was one person getting bullied by 8 others and everytime I'd go to the so called Assistant Principal, Principal or Counselors they'd brush it off and not even try to help me out with my problems, Even though on their school website I saw their names under an ANTI BULLYING program they were in. In their eyes I was the one picking on the 8 girls...Nothing helped, my parents were so helpful during this time but people can only be helpful to an extent. Life at that school was horrible I was physically, verbally and emotionally bullied and I have been left with emotionally damaging effects to this day and I just want some justice!! Ok, well I kind of have a feeling I've waited too long to even ask these questions but I'm still going to give it a chance. So if anybody could help me I would greatly appreciate it!!
1. What is the cost of suing a person/place?
2. Have I waited too long? It's been 3 years...
